A superior category oil obtained directly from olives with solely mechanical procedures: intense yellow color with light green reflections, with a fruity aroma and flavor with an artichoke aftertaste and herbaceous hints.

The olives are harvested directly from the tree, placed in perforated crates, in order to allow ventilation; wash and work within 24 hours.

Due to its sensory characteristics, this oil is suitable for both raw and cooking use

This oil is suitable for all uses in the kitchen and, in particular, to be used raw on soups, vegetables, legumes and grilled bread.
