The company EKALÓ SRL is aimed exclusively at end users who are "consumers" who are already eighteen years old and in any case according to current law and regulations on electronic commerce and, therefore, by consumer means any natural person who operates on the ekalo site .it .

The sale will take place in compliance with the laws in force regarding the purchase of oil, wines and spirits. EKALÓ SRL reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the "consumer" and in compliance with the age limits set (18 years) by law for both the purchase and delivery of wine and spirits.

These General Conditions of Sale (henceforth Conditions) exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipment, methods of purchase and withdrawal of orders relating to the products on the site https: / /www.trepietre.it

These Conditions do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by third parties who are present on the Site through hypertext links, links or banners.

These Conditions are subject to changes by the Company EKALÓ SRL based on the development of its business and the market, as well as in compliance with any legislative changes.

Each update and modification will be regularly published on the Site and will enter into force from the date of their publication.

Online payment

The PayPal payment system allows you to pay for your purchases via the internet in total safety.

Each transaction is constantly monitored to ensure protection against fraud, phishing emails and identity theft. All transactions are encrypted using their advanced encryption technology.

SHIPMENT

Delivery time

The shipment of the purchased goods takes place by express courier. Delivery, subject to verification of payment, is made within 2/5 working days for Italy and 7/8 working days in other countries reached by the service.

The shipment may be subject to delays due to the timing of re-supply and reloading of the warehouse. In this case, the buyer is promptly contacted and informed about the new times necessary to process the order, with the possibility of replacing the missing product with one of the same value and type proposed by us.

Packaging

For transport we use only certified "shockproof" packaging which guarantees maximum safety in the event of accidents and accidental falls, but which at the same time guarantees excellent protection against thermal shocks.


 

Customer care

You will be kept up to date throughout the duration of the transaction. From the moment the product is sent, you will receive a product tracking code and the web address where you can track your shipment online.

Cost of shipments

Transport costs are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the products. Our system will calculate the total weight and the relative shipping cost automatically when the products are introduced in the cart and they will appear in the final summary with a separate item; this will allow you to check the cost of shipping before placing your order.

Applicable law and competent court

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and forum for any legal action brought by the Purchaser under this warranty or any further legal guarantees will be the Court of Lecce. In case of victory of Ekaló Srl in a possible legal action, the plaintiff will have to reimburse Ekaló Srl the expenses, including the fees of the lawyers and the court costs, incurred by Ekaló Srl for its own defense.

RETURN

EKALO 'SRL guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract, as established by art. 6 Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999. To exercise this right you must send us your will to exercise this right by email or fax within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.

How to behave during the collection of the goods

Upon arrival of the goods we advise you to check that: The number of packages, the identity and quality of the products delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying invoice which is always issued with the order. The packaging is intact, not damaged or altered. The mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as the loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier and promptly reported to our Customer Service - info@ekalo.it indicating all the details of the order.


 

How the right of withdrawal applies

The customer who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal must send by e-mail to info@ekalo.it , a signed communication containing a declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the requested data, (order number, number invoice, the products subject to withdrawal with the relative code shown on the invoice) and the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
At this point it is necessary to wait for the communication of the Authorized Goods Return Code (RMA) by our Customer Service and return everything within a further 15 (fifteen) days to: EKALO 'SRL Via F. Marati, 5 - 73025 Martano (Le) .
In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, certain conditions must be respected, such as: the purchased good must be substantially intact; shipping costs will be charged to the customer; upon its arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering, due to packaging unsuitable for transport.

How to make the return shipment

After having activated the withdrawal procedure and having obtained the RMA Code for the shipment, it is necessary to take all necessary precautions in order to safeguard the goods from any damage, writing or alteration. EKALO 'SRL reserves the right to refuse the goods received and not suitable with the provisions. - Insert on each package sent the RAM code, previously obtained from our Customer Service. - Send the goods at your own expense, to the following address: EKALO 'SRL Via F. Marati, 5 - 73025 Martano (Le). Any packages without an RMA code or with packaging unsuitable for the transport of goods, may be refused by our Customer Service.

How the refund will take place

EKALO 'SRL will reimburse the amount paid within 30 working days of receipt of the goods excluding shipping costs in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, by bank transfer.
